How to Apply

  1. Fill out the application below.
  2. Once accepted, you’ll be asked to schedule a call or Zoom to meet Coach Ted and discuss your unique goals and the coaching details.
  3. If everything seems like a good fit, coaching can start right away or at a requested date.
