ted macro coach I’m coach Ted Kallmyer a nutrition expert as well as the author of The Macro Solution and The Meal Prep Cookbook. I’m a ISSA certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and a Certified Fitness Trainer. I’ve been coaching clients and challenging people to revolutionize their nutrition using their optimal calorie and macro amounts for over 7 years and have coached over a thousand clients. I also have a Master’s Degree in Education/Counseling and believe that education is powerful as is overcoming the psychological aspects of weight loss. Therefore, my coaching is centered on teaching my clients how to make sense of nutrition, calories, macros, and thought processes in order to empower them to transform their bodies and drive lasting change. I value and celebrate all people regardless of age, race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, or being the best at your sport, I’d love to help you accelerate your journey to be the healthiest most energized you possible.

How The Process Works

  1. Tell me about yourself Immediately after enrolling, you’ll be directed to my online coaching intake form where you’ll be asked questions about your stats, your lifestyle, and your exercise. I’ll also want to know your dieting background and what goals you’d like to accomplish. You’ll feel heard, valued, and all your special needs will be addressed.
  2. Get your personalized coaching plan Usually, within 24 hours, I’ll use all the information you shared to formulate a plan that addresses your goals and unique nutritional needs. Once complete, I’ll send your plan to you and answer any additional questions you may have.
  3. Start the path to accelerated transformation I’ll be there to motivate you through your difficulties, answer all your valued questions, keep you accountable, support & encourage, help you evaluate your progress, and make changes to your plan as needed to keep your progress energized and inspired.

What’s a Personal macros Coaching Plan?
In addition to your macros, the plan includes individualized exercise recommendations, measuring progress advice, and specific recommendations tailored to your unique stats and lifestyle.

Why get personalized macros?
My calculator is a great tool for macros, but after working with hundreds of clients I’ve discovered to get the best results – custom adjustments are better. Your body composition and unique exercise info will lead to more accurate macros.

What are free macro adjustments?
As your goals change – so do your macros. Even after your coaching is finished you can email me your macros coach and I’ll recalculate your macros for you free of charge based on your new goals (not with the macros only option).

What qualifications does this online macros coach have?
Ted Kallmyer (your macros coach) is a certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and a Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as well as has a degree in biology and a master’s degree in education/counseling. He also has over six years of experience teaching people how to achieve their goals by counting macros and is the author of several books on the subject.

What exactly is 24/7 online macros coaching?
You can email me 24/7 with questions or for help. With macros coaching I’ll email you a couple times each and every week. The accountability can make all the difference.

Can you do macros coaching for vegans?
Absolutely. I’ve had many vegetarian and vegan clients.

How quickly does coaching start after payment?
After you fill out the questionnaire, your coach will get back to you by the middle of the next business day. Your coaching will begin straight away unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy
If you find the program is not for you, I’ll refund the cost of the Macro Solution eBooks. I just ask you submit a macro tracking log to ensure you’ve been following the process. Unfortunately, because I take a lot of time to formulate your plan and set everything up, my time and services are non-refundable. See full Terms here.

Will I automatically be charged each month for online macros coaching?
No, all fees are one time charges and your payment details aren’t saved or stored. If you choose to continue coaching beyond the initial period paid for it will be your choice to renew or not.

Individual results will vary and depend on how well clients adhere to the program and follow the recommendations of his/her coach. I will work hard to help you be successful but people lose weight and gain muscle at different rates due to many factors.
