Chicken and Lentil Curry
- 113 g (4 oz) (raw weight) chicken breast cubed
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Protein smoothie: 1 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt blended with water and 1 cup frozen wild blueberries and 3 tsp honey.
- Pan fried 170 g (6 oz) (raw weight) tilapia (or any white fish)(seasoned as desired) with 1.5 teaspoons olive oil.
- 1 cup cooked rice seasoned with lemon juice and salt
- Side salad (3 cups spring mix, 4 mini sweet peppers, 1/2 cup cucumber)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 40 grams (1.4 oz) dark chocolate (70%)
