Chicken and Lentil Curry
  • 113 g (4 oz) (raw weight) chicken breast cubed
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
Cook the lentils as directed. Drain, add chicken broth, seasoning, and raw chicken. Simmer until chicken is cooked through. 1 large (142 g / 5 oz peeled) banana
Protein smoothie: 1 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt blended with water and 1 cup frozen wild blueberries and 3 tsp honey.
