- 3 large eggs (or cooked as desired)
- 3 sweet mini peppers chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- Season as desired. I like salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

- 6 oz (170 g) turkey or chicken breast cold cuts
- 1 tablespoon lite mayo
