- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries (thaw in microwave)
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (0.71 oz / 20 g) raw oats
- 3 teaspoons honey
1 medium (4 oz / 113 g peeled) banana
Roast Beef Mac & Cheese
- 5 oz (142 g) lean roast beef
- 1 mac & cheese microwave cup (most brands are similar macro-wise)
- 1/8 cup Mexican style shredded cheese
- Cook mac & cheese as directed and then add the beef and top with the shredded cheese.
