Money Back Guarantees and Refunds
By purchasing any product you are agreeing to reading and taking time to learn and understand the product.
Personal Coaching Products
If you change your mind after purchasing a coaching product (including custom macros, basic, or premium coaching), and you have already been sent your personal coaching plan and/or macros then no refund is available. This is because your coach has already put in their time and experience into creating something for you.
The only situation where a refund is possible is where the initial sign up form has not yet been completed. In this situation 50% of the price (less the price of the downloadable products) may be refundable. This is because the digital downloads cannot be returned and you have possession of them.
Macro Solution Fat Loss Edition, Vegan Edition, and Muscle Gain Edition
If after trying the program for 30 days and you are unhappy with your results, you are entitled to a refund. However you must submit to us your macro tracking logs, and starting stats to show us you have attempted the program. We do not give refunds if you simply changed your mind, didn’t bother to read the book, or found the plan confusing. To find success with The Macro Solution a time commitment is required.
Macro Recipe Book
Due to its low price and the fact that a digital product cannot be returned (as it has already been downloaded), we do not offer a refund on this. Not liking the foods, meals, or recipes is subjective and does not constitute grounds for refund.
Purchaser’s of our products are entitled to a 30-day money back guarantee if the program has not worked. You are required to submit your macro-tracking logs (such as from MyFitnessPal).
